Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (Exemption) Order 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001 [Act 612], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation
1. This order may be cited as the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (Exemption) Order 2009.
Exemption
2. The employers in the textile, electronic and electrical industries who have registered with the Corporation under subsection 13(1) of the Act are exempted from the payment of the levy in respect of each of its employees under subsection 14(1) of the Act for a period of six months from 1 February until 31 July 2009.
