CUSTOMS DUTIES (AMENDMENT) (NO. 11) ORDER 2002

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 11(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order:

 

Citation and commencement

 

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Amendment) (No. 11) Order 2002.

 

(2) This Order comes into operation on 12 December 2002.

 

Amendment of First Schedule

 

2. The Customs Duties Order 1996 [P.U. (A) 15/96] is amended in the First Schedule in column (4) in relation to subheadings 5508.10 100 and 5508.10 200 by substituting for the words “30%” the words “20%”.
