STAMP DUTY (EXEMPTION) (NO. 8) ORDER 2003 [P.U. (A) 183]

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 80(1) of the Stamp Act 1949 [Act 378], the Minister makes the following order:

 

Citation

 

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Stamp Duty (Exemption) (No. 8) Order 2003.

 

     (2) This Order is deemed to have effect from 22 May 2003.

 

Exemption

 

2. All loan instruments executed pursuant to a scheme under the Special Relief Guarantee Facility (SRGF) For A Business Affected By SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) Outbreak are exempted from stamp duty.
